For private MSK physiotherapists · solo or small practice
Record the session or dictate afterwards. Your words become a structured note on the patient's record, the exercise programme comes from the same words, and next visit your plan is waiting. Nothing is final until you sign it.
AI-drafted note. Reviewed and finalised by the practitioner.
How it works
Every note is tied to the patient. Not a transcript that vanishes, but a record that builds, and everything the patient needs comes off it.
Record the session with your patient's agreement, or dictate afterwards on your phone or laptop. Both on every plan. Mix them as you like.
Your words come back in a structured physiotherapy note template. Anything the AI drafted is marked until you've read it. Edit what you like, then finalise.
From that one note: the exercise programme, video on every exercise, as a PDF or straight to the patient's inbox. A letter to the GP, drafted from the same note. And soon, the insurer's report. Coming soon
Before the patient's in the room, your plan from last time is waiting, in your own words. You know where you left off and what today is for.
Your week, back
Set the sliders to your week. It counts notes and exercise programmes, on assumptions you can see and change under the result.
on notes and programmes, on the numbers you set.
Our starting figures, not measurements. The result uses whatever you put here.
AI clinical scribe
Most AI scribes hand you a note and forget who it was about. MeridiNote writes it into the patient's record, beside their programmes and every note before it.
Exercise programmes
You've just dictated the plan. One button on the note screen turns it into a programme: exercises matched to the library, sets, reps and holds filled in, ready to send. Nothing to re-type, nowhere else to go.
Videos
No scrolling a library, finding the exercise and typing out the sets and reps. You said it, so it's matched, filled in, your precautions on it, and the video link already attached.
Pre-session brief
A packed afternoon. An 8am start with a full list. A patient you last saw six weeks ago. One tap from any record gives you their diagnosis, goals, last plan, last session and current programme, on one screen.

Built by a physio
I'm Sean Kelly, a chartered physiotherapist in Edinburgh. I've worked NHS rotations, in elite sport and in private MSK practice, and the same thing was true in all of them: the patient left, and the note, the programme and the letter were still to do.
MeridiNote is built by a physiotherapist who knows what it is to stay late writing up, to build the same exercise programme for the third time that day, and to run a full diary on top of it. I use it in my own practice, and everything on this page is something I've needed on a busy afternoon.
The aim is simple: to be the tool a physiotherapist reaches for, so that more of the day goes to the patient in front of you and the rest of it is yours again. No staying behind. No catching up at the weekend.

Questions
No. MeridiNote is the clinical side: notes, exercise programmes, the pre-session brief, letters, and soon insurance reports. It keeps its own patient record, so it works alongside whatever you use for your diary and billing. You don't have to move anything to start.
You'll see it before it matters. Every field the AI drafted is marked until you've read it, and nothing becomes the clinical record until you finalise the note yourself. If an exercise can't be matched confidently, the slot is left for you rather than guessed.
Join early access and, when your place opens, the Practitioner plan is £39 a month for your first twelve months instead of £49. After that it's the standard price at the time. If a different plan suits you better, you can pick that instead; the founding price applies to Practitioner.
Yes. Your notes and programmes are yours. Any note or programme can be exported as a PDF or copied as text whenever you like, so nothing about your practice depends on staying with MeridiNote.
It's built for physiotherapists first: the templates, the exercise library and the terminology are all physio. Sports therapists and osteopaths work in a very similar way, though, and many will find it fits their day just as well.
In a secure database where each practice's records are kept separate, so only your team can see your patients. Before early access opens we'll publish exactly where every part of the service runs, including transcription, in our privacy policy and data processing agreement.
Early access opens to a small first group of practices, so we can get it right with real clinics before opening it wider. Join the list and you'll get one email when it's your turn. Founding members keep £39 a month for their first year.
Early access
A small group of practices will get MeridiNote first. Founding members pay £39 a month for their first year on the Practitioner plan, whatever it costs later.
